What if I submitted the wrong measurements?
Since we build the jacket using the measurements you approve, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. Our consultation process is designed to help identify potential issues before production begins.
Do you check my measurements before production?
Yes. Every order is personally reviewed, and if anything appears unusual, we'll contact you for clarification before your jacket enters production.
Will the leather look exactly like the photos?
Because leather is a natural material, each hide has its own grain, markings, and slight colour variation. These natural differences are part of what makes every bespoke jacket unique.
What if my parcel is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and jacket. We'll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
